Maintenance Technician
Location: West Side
Shifts:
2nd shift: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
3rd Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:00 am)
Pay rate: $17.00/hr
Requirements:
- Industrial maintenance experience
- High voltage experience
- Electrical training is advantageous
- Safety certifications
- Familiarity with IATF16949, EMS, and Quality Management System Awareness
- High school diploma or GED
- Technical school certificate or 2 years of maintenance/technical field experience
- Basic computer skills, including spreadsheets
- Mechanical and electrical equipment experience, including plumbing
- Good mechanical aptitude
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks as per computer printouts
- Repair, maintain, and construct equipment as directed by the maintenance manager or supervisor
- Ensure all work and maintained equipment complies with safety standards to protect plant safety
- Follow all safety guidelines, report hazards or violations, and adhere to LOTO procedures
- Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through appropriate channels
- Support production as needed
- Report all accidents and injuries promptly
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
