JOB SUMMARY: Supports Quality Assurance department in monitoring and controlling the quality and disposition of finished goods, non-conforming and suspect product.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Perform final inspection on all manufactured parts. Ensure that the parts have been packed properly and are on the skids neatly.
Report all non-conforming parts to your Supervisor and develop a notice of non- conformance for material that is nonconforming.
Responsible for control and updating of the final inspection files.
Perform dock audits when requested by the Q.A. Manager or other management representative.
Upkeep of the daily, weekly or monthly calibration on each gauge and piece of test equipment used for the performance of the job.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Be familiar with IATF16949, EMS, and Quality Management System Awareness requirements pertaining to job.
Become aware of how this job affects quality objectives within the company
Understand customer requirements and how this job can contribute to meeting the requirements.
Caliper and Blue Prints knowledge
Pay Rate: $14-$15 /HR
